New Orleans Guest House

The property was very unprofessional, it was a fight that broke out while we were waiting for our room to finished get cleaned up. The carpet in the room was so dirty I had to walk in the room with shoes on

Great little place, lots of character. The staff were extremely helpful with lots of recommendations for food and entertainment. The guesthouse has secured off street parking.

The bed was very comfortable. The building is very old, but it was clean. There was not a coffee pot in the room, but there was at the front desk. I liked that the windows faced the patio, but you could close the shutters and make the room very dark if you wanted to sleep in. There was a ceiling fan and the AC cooled the room very well, which was nice since it was hot outside. We only had one minor problem, and that was that the sink sprung a minor leak the morning we left that I had to tell staff about. The room was a good value and conveniently located near a lot of attractions.

Friendliest most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. Clean room and easy walking access to the quarter. Nice and quiet at night. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Check in was great the lady manager is a absolute doll , even got us in 2 hours before check in

My room was not clean. The restroom was dirty. The rug is old and nasty. My feet were black because of the carpet being old and not clean. I have pictures i took of the room I stayed at

I needed a one-night stay in New Orleans as a female solo traveler. The staff accommodated my need to leave my bags, called me the moment my room was ready for an early check-in I was lucky enough to get, and stayed nothing but kind. I had an allergy issue that arose, and the manager prioritized my needs and thoroughly triple-checked for cleanliness. I was offered a personal cell number for any needs as I was traveling alone, and feel nothing but welcomed and considered as family. This will be at the top of my list of places to stay when I return. The historic feel of the building, my large patio, the location, but most importantly the feeling of care and safety was unmatched. Thank you!

The check in process was a dream. The women working was a sweetheart and recommended a few places for us to eat. The room was a nice room, however I would ask for one in the back. Was a lot of road and sidewalk noise. Was awakened at 4am the first morning from people wallking buy and talking. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet but it was workable. All in all it was a nice place.

Home away from home! This place was OUTSTANDING!! I wish I didn’t have to go back to Nashville! New Orleans is my favorite city and I travel ALOT!! Wish I found this place earlier but I know this is where I’m staying any time I come to Louisiana!!
