Stanza e bagno vecchi; cuscini di “cartone” scomodissimi; serramenti vecchi. Prezzo troppo caro per la qualità/servizi offerti.

It is a nice property and had a nice location.

Went to the restaurant/bar to listen to the oriental music, ordered 2 beers and a plate of food. The food took almost an hour, then I asked to pay and they asked dollar, euro, or pound - I said visa. They then tried to tell me I owed them for the food and 6 beers. I refused, they tried to make a big deal and then after way too long of them lying to me about how much I drank they said maybe they made a mistake. The mistake they made was thinking I would allow them to scam me. They told the people who left before me their card machine was broke, and had them pay in USD. There are signs at the front desk and restaurant that say card payment only, they ask for cash to steal, then get upset when you refuse to overpay or insist on using a card. Worst hotel experience of my entire life. I would not return if they paid me. If you stay there prepare for some scummy behavior. I’m not sure why booking.com allows a place like this to exist on their site

Emplacement exceptionnel, mais les chambres méritent des travaux : elles sont très vieilles. Le personnel des restaurants est très sympathique. En revanche, le personnel de la réception était très froid.

Struttura centralissima per fare una passeggiata in centro, e posizione fantastica lungo il Nilo da cui si godono tramonti spettacolari. Bellissima piscina per rinfrescarsi dopo una giornata intensa di visite. Buono il ristorante centrale con servizio a buffet.

Hotel piuttosto datato e bisognoso di ammodernamento. Le camere che danno sulla Corniche sono molto rumorose e non insonorizzate. Quelle che danno sulla reception sono più silenziose ma non vi è un vero ricambio di aria. Pulizia generale delle stanze da migliorare.

Very dirty room and bathroom, bed totally run down and uncomfortable! Do not recommend

De kamer die ik kreeg had ik geweigerd omdat het in de lobby was dus wel je deur en raam open, maar dat zit je alsnog binnen. Ik kreeg de volgende dag gelijk een andere kamer met een balkon echt naar buiten.

Eigenlijk niets. Het was mijn 17e x in dit hotel

Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene. I punti forti sono gli spazi esterni con giardini e piscina sul Nilo e la centralità della struttura a pochi metri a piedi dal tempio di luxor. Colazione a buffet abbastanza variegata. Consiglio per i gestori : essendo un quattro stelle per turisti, si potrebbe aggiungere qualche alternativa vegane (es. Latte di avena/soia, banana bread) 

Wifi molto poco funzionante anche nelle aree comuni. Le note dolenti sono le camere abbastanza datate: le porte sono visibilmente usurate cosi cone anche il bagno. Moquette ovunque che lo rende un pò fuori moda. Illuminazione sui toni del giallo troppo soffusa tale da rendere la stanza quasi buia nonostante tutte le luci accese.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel and I cannot recommend it to anyone. The experience was ruined by both the appalling service and the poor condition of the room. 1. Unacceptable Staff Behavior: The staff members were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They constantly wore sour faces and showed zero hospitality. What was most disturbing was the clear discrimination against Asian guests. On top of that, the staff had the audacity to actively ask for tips despite providing such terrible service. 2. Dilapidated Room Facilities: The room was in a state of disrepair: The bed was sagging and uncomfortable to sleep on. The curtains did not block out any light, making it impossible to sleep in the morning. The bathroom sink was clogged and the water would not drain. The trash can's foot pedal was broken, so it couldn't be opened. This hotel is not worth the money. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.
