"It was a great experience!"

We arrived late from a volleyball tournament. It was very easy to get there and to check in. We were received by the front desk manager. He had a great personality and even gave our children goodie bags with snacks which were truly appreciated. Got us some bottled water and helped us to get settled. It was a very positive experience.

Since we were traveling for our child's tournament, we had to leave the next morning by 6:30am. We found out that during the weekend, the breakfast is not served until 7am. However, we approached the front desk and explained the situation. He gentleman there told us to wait a moment. He went to check with the cook and she came to let us know that there were items ready and that she was finishing up with a couple of things but that we could get in and get breakfast. She was super welcoming. So, I guess the only thing that we could say that we didn't like was the breakfast to be serve at a later time during the weekend but they were awesome accommodating us so we could leave for the day with food in our bellies!

Location close to soccer tournament

I was locked out of my room because the door lock broke. After a soccer game, cold with no clean clothes, no medication and placed in another room after midnight. The next day they didn’t open the room until 10am. I was left without any medication. When we addressed it with the staff she said she didn’t see a problem since I was placed in a different room eventually.

Couldn’t get my keycard working several days into stay. Wanted a tub for ice baths- site information was each room came with a tub/shower.

The breakfast was excellent. Quality and variety was good. Delicious food. Tiffany our hostess was amazing and wonderful. I am a retired caterer from a large college. She would be someone I would hire to work along side me. Pleasant and sweet. I also want to mention our check in experience. We were extremely impressed with Chris. We had our grandkids with us and he was so friendly with us and our 6 & 7 year old. He was like uncle Chris and part of the family. Most of the time kids are ignored. Thank you Chris for being so attentive.

The only thing I can say negatively is that the eggs don’t need cheese in them. Lol!!
