말이 필요없는 숙소 신라호텔,또 가고 싶어요.

O hotel é sublime! O quarto é super grande e confortavel com vista para as piscinas e para o jardim imenso que eles têm. Tudo limpo, o staff é agradavel e gentil, as piscinas bem quentinhas. O hotel tem sempre musica ao vivo diversas vezes ao dia. Belissimo!

As piscinas possuem hora marcada, nao se pode usar o equipamento o dia todo; uma pena a piscina de adultos ser paga por fora! E uma pena o café da manha ser pago à parte e bem caro (porém muito muito bom!). A praia é um pouco distante e ha que pegar taxi, talvez um serviço de carro de golf ajudasse! (porém a praia é maravilhosa!!)

Our stay was disappointing due to a series of operational and service issues that made the hotel feel unprepared for an international clientele. The first challenge was communication. Not all concierge staff were fluent in English, and some seemed unfamiliar with the island's key attractions and logistics, making it difficult to get reliable recommendations or directions. The problems continued at the pool. The reservation system is inefficient, as sunbeds remain marked as "reserved" even when guests don't show up, leaving many empty despite high demand. Furthermore, the enforcement of a local rule requiring life vests for anyone under 130cm was inflexible. Despite my daughter being a competent swimmer and my offer to sign a waiver and supervise her, the staff made no exceptions. Basic amenities were also a hassle. Although there were three guests in our room, we had to request the third towel from housekeeping every single day. Combined with an overpriced restaurant menu that offered poor value, these issues made our experience fall far short of expectations for the cost. While the property has potential, it needs significant improvements in staff training and customer service to cater to a global audience.

自然の森が一番良かった。

하드웨어가 이젠 많이 오래되었지만 오랜 추억이 있는 곳으라 편안하고 정갈한 외할머니댁에 온 거 같은 따뜻함이 있어요. 풀파티?풀사이드공연? 너무 호응 잘 이끌어주시고 실력도 좋아서 (그냥 배경음악으로 깔리지 않고..저포함)애들이 너무 즐거운 시간 보냈어요. 신라스테이등 확장으로 신라호텔만 있을때보다 집중도 및 교육 매뉴얼/교육 정도 등 분산되는 점이 확실히 있고 느껴지지만 제주신라는 또 방문할꺼 같아요!

정원뷰가 좋았고 안정감있는 호텔임
