The room was dirty, there was a sharp smell in the room. I had to request another room. The receptionist wasnt friendly, extremely rude. My stay was horrible

Chambre pas très propre salle de bain trop petite toute petite fenêtre . Il n y a que le prix qui est intéressant je ne reviendrai pas dans ces chaînes d hôtels

La chambre n'était même pas faite on devait la récupérer à 14h et pas de personnel sur place ni receptionniste ni femme de ménage. On a du attendre jusqu'à 17h que quelqu'un arrive pour nous changer de chambre et même pas d'excuse rien ni geste commerciale. Très décue!!! On ne s'attendait pas à un hôtel de luxe à ses prix la mais il y a un minimum.... Et les numéros d'urgence injoignable!
