"You won’t feel secure"

Really disappointed with this experience. After housekeeping cleaned my room, my watch went missing. I reported it right away, but the hotel basically said there was nothing they could do and didn’t handle the situation properly at all. I understand things happen, but I expected more concern, professionalism, and effort from the staff regarding a situation like this. This time I a Watch, next time could be something more expencive that can go missing
