Comfortable bed & pillows. Very spacious room. Hot water and walk in shower. Very nice front desk staff. Very good options for the included breakfast & staff who worked diligently to keep the area always neat, cleaned, and refilled. It was a decent distance to University of Dayton for family weekend (since I never book on or closest to campus on time!) It was an easy, quick drive. If expectations are for a luxury hotel, well, then you need to choose a more expensive, luxury hotel. If your expectations are reasonable for this price point, then you’ll be very happy with this choice.

I am a coffee snob…maybe change the brand of coffee used for a smoother, less bitter option. The pitchers of milk/half-n-half are superior to the little peel open ones. Otherwise, I appreciated the hot coffee.

Try to get an extra pillow and blanket for the hide-a-bed. You will find rude staff and cheap management.-

Check in late on Sunday evening was very easy, and the desk clerk was very pleasant. The breakfast person was also very nice and pleasant and our check out was also very easy.
