"One rude employee and did not ruin the experience. The maid waking us up several hours before checkout time nearly did."

Clean, new, well maintained

Rude desk clerk at check-in. Housekeeping knocking on door at 9 am. Woke us up three hours before checkout time. Unacceptable.

"I would not go back"

I would give a better review but for the fact that we stayed on the second floor and the ceiling floor is so thin or need of repair that we could hear the person above walking and moving about. when I say we cold hear I mean the floor was crawling like 2 pieces of wood planks crawling against each other. We were not the only ones to notice because another person on the elevator complained of the same. The floor between the second and third floor needs urgent repair

Good breakfast, all was clean and pleasant staff
