Casitas at Sabino Springs

Property uses smart door locks. On arrival I received the door code which did not work. Called the property manager twice, first no voicemail and second time I left a voicemail. I called a number for lockouts and was lucky the call forwarded to a cell phone. The person was able to send me a new code. Property is somewhat dated, alarm clock would not let me change the minute setting.

My husband and I absolutely loved our visit to Tucson! José made our visit that much enjoyable by giving us restaurant tips and being there for us, at all times. Thank you!

Great location, a quiet and safe area of town. the neighborhood is up-scale and friendly and includes a public golf course surrounding the Casitas. The pool and spa were nicely heated, and the gym was clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was provided in the unit including bedding, towels, kitchen items and dishware. Parking was safe and very closely located but not too close to see and hear everyone else coming and going. All of the other guests were quiet and friendly as well as the local permanent residents in the neighborhood.

The place is showing its age, the bi-folding door to the laundry room was broken and some of the tile work in the bathrooms are in need of repair. The carpet could stand a deep cleaning or replacement, and the living room and kitchen tile floors were not clean at all. Our socks were black on the bottom's only after walking around the rooms for less than an hour, we checked the floor with a wet paper towel, and it came up dirty (near black) as well.

We stayed at the Casitas for 5 days while attending the Tucson Rock and Gem Show. It was like a home away from home. So much better than staying in a hotel. Full kitchen was great - as was the gas fireplace. We would definitely stay there again.

The location of the facility was great. However, the unit/apt was very outdated. We booked this facility based on the ratings from Booking.com, which was rated very high. We were very disappointed with the accommodations. Very old furniture, the living room did not feel inviting. Very old tile thru out and no rugs, coffee table etc. The guest shower was not working, (no hot water) Dumpsters in the parking lot always had people going thru the trash. Main TV and guest tv did not work when we got there. Called mgr and he wasn't much help. After messing with it for a while unplugged the tv and it finally reset the system and started working.

Update the unit!!!

Excellent location, extremely well maintained and absolutely beautiful grounds. We really liked the people in the area, the sunsets from the patio and a chance to see wildlife (javelina, coyotes and a Gila monster!)

Staff were super nice and helpful- even supplied the kids with pool toys during our stay. Properly was beautiful and on a quiet street. Our condo was clean, spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. Definitely would stay again.

The only downside, if it is one is that it’s on the edge of town and it’s a bit of a drive to get to anything. That being said- the location is quiet and serene- very relaxing.

Super spacious and exceptionally clean and modern space! Great for a family stay with two bedrooms and large great space. Only minor issue was that sheets had strong fragrance from scented laundry detergent. Recommended to management that they switch to unscented detergent.

The condo and surroundings were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.
