Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. You must show a valid credit card and photo ID upon check in. The credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that Sovereign Hotel requires a credit card deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Reception hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm (Monday to Wednesday) 8:00am - 7:30pm (Thursday to Friday) 8:30am - 6:00pm (Saturday and Sunday)Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
