Dead bugs on the floor and wreaked of cigarettes even though it’s a non smoking room. The desk clerk Shesh was very nice.

Person who checked me in was very helpful, giving me suggestions of sites I might like to see.

Close to our destination (Butternut ski area) Clean Beds were comfortable

A/C fan was a bit loud/rattled Price seems a bit high for the type of place and location.

This was a great option for us. It was affordable, quiet and our kid loved the pool!

We stayed here for a visit to the Norman Rockwell Museum. The motel is basic and clean, located about a mile outside Great Barrington and several miles from Stockbridge. I would definitely stay here again

Unprofessional staff. On our check-out day, office was still closed at 8 am and nobody responded to our phone calls at the phone number posted.

Easy and quick check in, clean and quiet. Some furniture pieces need cosmetic fixes and the smart tv kept turning itself on, oddly

We liked the property

My stay was pleasant. The property was priced OK for July. I had rented a suite which was nice to have the extra room and it was on the 2nd level which is my preference. The pool in the back of the motel was nice because it had both sunny and shaded areas. The room was clean however showing signs wear and tear that if these were addressed would make the property much more attractive. Please have coffee available for guests. I will definitely come back and stay again.
