Bathroom fan didn't work. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds but got a room with 2 double beds.

USEvery staff member was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was spotless and the staff member in charge was very attentive and quick to accommodate special requests. The breakfast offerings were hot/cold items and a nice variety. The room was spotless and we didn't hear any noise even on a busy weekend. The location is central to Cape Henlopen and Rehoboth.
The mounted soap dispenser should be closer to the sink.
