My stay was good as ussual

When I arrived at the hotel, the front entrance and the car parking were under repair work and also no space of car parking on the back yard. So, we could not go to hotel front by car and also hotel staff could not show us any other parking space. Then, we had to look for the car parking around there. As the result, we parked the car on the road, not car parking.

Stayed two nights at the Yindu Hotel Urumqi, and had a mixed experience. When we arrived, the reception advised they had not received our booking from Hotels.com and we could not even buy a room on the spot as they were booked out. The fact that we had booked a few weeks earlier and had a confirmation booking still did not help as it wasn't in their hotel's computer. I have booked 100s of rooms via Hotels.com and this is the first time I have had this problem. The hotel staff speak a little english, but I was fortunate to be traveling with a someone who is fluent in both. After trying several times to check their system we still had no joy, then we tried to contact Hotels.com with some help from the receptionist. We eventually managed to get it sorted out, after nearly two hours! They also found a room for us. The receptionist Jerry saved the day and upgraded our room, though I was disappointed it took so long, having been traveling for most of the day. The hotel and Hotels.com must sort themselves out with their bookings!!! The suite with a sitting room and a bedroom was very good and house keeping do a good job. The concierge also was very professional. The restaurant dinner was a disappointment, as the meat was tough and the shell fish was gritty. I would not recommend dinner. Breakfast was a little better, though not great, but many thanks to chef John who was very helpful, willing and friendly. The location is ok, and is in a gritty part of Urumqi and being near a highway makes it a bit noisy at night. Overall the Yindu hotel is a 4-5 star hotel, depending on the room you get, and the experience, but sadly our experience was let down by the reservations and restaurant areas. May try them one more time, but...

The most important about Yindu is the location. But actually need more improvements since lobby is always good smell. Bathroom need to redesign and re innovative. Staff is nice and helpful but speak poor English. Breakfast buffet poor suitable more for Chinese and close by 9.30 am which is early. The price is good.

I TRAVEL TO YIWU 3-4 TIMES A YEAR FOR THE FIRST TIME I STAYED IN YINDU HOTEL. HOTELS STAFF , RECEPTIONS, AND... WERE VERY FRIENDLY ,BREAKFAST WAS GREAT, LOCATION GREAT, CLEANNESS GREAT , BUT MY ROM WAS ON THE BACK SIDE AND DU TO CONTRACTION WORK ON NEXT BUILDING IT WAS A BEAT NOISY , COMPERING TO OTHER HOTELS AROUND THAT AREA ROOM SIZE WAS A LITTLE SMALLER BUT COMFORTABLE ENOUGH. TV CHANGELESS COULD BE IMPROVED , NOT VERITY OF INTER NATION CTV CHANGELESS FOR FORIGNGER

Personal de lobby muy atento. Lo malo si llevas ropa de marca el personal de limpieza te la roba. Me di cuenta al llegar al siguiente hotel en China queria enviar todo a lavandería y ya no estaba 2 camisas. la comunicacion en china aunque hables ingles, es muy limitada.

O hotel é muito bom, quatos limpos e confortaveis. Staff atencioso. valeu a pena
