Great location, excellent and clean

The room was located in the side building but very close to the sun beds and in front of the see. The hotel itself is not in the busy part of the town but close enough to have both proximity to all restaurants and a quite place to enjoy during the day

Breakfast is a bit boring and targeted for english tourists but fair quality and choice

I paid for a big room and they gave me a room like a prison room. with a toilet without a door. then when I asked them for explanations, they tried to justify themselves with meaningless reasons. They said they would refund me, but they didn't give me anything. in the end they asked me not to write a bad impression by offering me a bottle of wine

If you are the manager of this Hotel I will state the obvious....you have a fantastic property which ticks all the boxes....price ...location....facilities....but most of all a must in all successful hospitality businesses.....great staff ...I particular I must mention Panel and Erika, helpful..professional..courteous...both amazing!! In 10 years of travelling the world from basic b&b's to 5 star hotels these 2 staff are a credit to your team in a hospitality world where no one wants to acknowledge excellence....just pick and criticise.. look after them...they are very special! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was ok.

The air conditioning unit was very loud and not very efficient. The pool area is small. The beds are hard but bearable for a short stay.
