For the price this place was not up to par. Dirty bathroom. Carpet was coming up in room. Table in room was not clean and was sticky. Dated facility.

"Southern hospitality at its finest."

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean an modern. They went over the top with offered bottles of water upon arrival and bagels upon departure. Even the other guests were kind and friendly. Searcy is a lovely town and this hotel reflects their focus on southern hospitality.
