Hampton Inn Middletown

Spent 6 nights here visiting family in Middletown. The staff was truly some of the nicest hotel staff I have dealt with. From the night we checked in to the morning we checked out, they were courteous, helpful and checked on our stay. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good as was the coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing staff and customer experience. I am disabled and they were considerate and respectful. They didn't make me feel ashamed or weak. It isn't very often where you get this type of understanding. I would absolutely recommend!

The room was not available upon arriving. The bathroom fixtures in the shower were loose. The staff upon arriving was rude when I expressed my concerns as why the room that I booked was not available.

The first stay the bed was hard as a rock. Informed the front desk and they went up and above to make sure we had a different bed for our next visit which was in three days later. Everything was Fantastic!

Property is poorly maintained. At times both elevators were out. Rugs were dirty. Large group having a drinking party in common room. Water fountains broken. Needs a total redo
