Best Western Plus Fairfield Hotel

Very clean atmosphere. Localities and overall building very updated. All room fixtures, bathroom, TV and mini fridge well kept. Freash smelling towels and sheets. ALL staff were very helpfull and courteous! Highly recommend to family and friends.

Bruit, nous espérions dormir jusqu’à 9:30 avant une longue route, mais dès 6:45 des bruits de pas lourds et des bruit d’impact nous ont empêché de dormir

Staff was very welcoming and environment friendly and very much safe.

Very basic hotel, clean and service was nice. Extra blankets provided were clean. Breakfast was nice. The location was just average. parking in front very limited but you could park in rear of building.

Doors slam when they close. Up all night listening to slamming doors.

Room was very small -- no place to have my suitcase open except in the closet. TV was challenging -- guide on side of screen said CNN but sitcom was showing. Very hard to find/figure out things on the TV and remote was weeny. Eggs on the breakfast buffet were rubbery and bagels never got toasted. Place was clean and bright, people nice, but price seemed high the accommodations.

The art work in the room is creepy. Waking up looking at Hell in abstract! 2nd time staying here and both times the room art work was disturbing. Please change it!!
