Staff was very friendly and always willing to help probably the best

We felt so welcome when we arrived. We had coffee in the lobby and the male that checked us in was so nice. Also breakfast was great. The lobby area is a nice place to just sit and read. Our room was also very nice. We enjoyed our stay. We had come here for my daughters birthday and she enjoyed her stay as well. Thanks.

Honestly, have never been this disappointed with a stay at a Residence Inn. Beginning with first contact at the front desk, through a not so hot Hot Tub with no towels. To old, almost cold coffee. The 'included' breakfast that failed to impress in any way. Hopefully they do a turn around real soon. Definately would not stay here again with the same problems.

Key machine didn’t work. No ice machines. Shower head was terrible.

I had a room booked in Montrose and went to the hotel and checked in but the area was so sketchy that I decided to drive an hour away to stay at this hotel. I got the LAST room. Thank goodness and the lady at the front desk was so nice. Thank you Residence Inn - I can always count on your locations!!!!

Breakfast is good.

Hot tub was out-of-order. It was unfortunate, but the Hot Tub was one of the reasons I choose this hotel/motel.

Our room was comfortable in all ways and breakfast was very tasty and fulfilled our expectations. What really enhanced our stay however was the service that Liz at the front desk provided for us. We stayed two nights and she helped us find two nice places for dinner as well as helping us fine tune the way we would go about visiting prominent local attractions. In addition, she helped us solidify our plans for when we left the hotel and were heading to our next destination. Liz truly did an exceptional job helping us during our stay.

Good news - room was quiet because we were at the very end of a hallway. Bad news - AC was not working of 4th floor, only 1 elevator in entire building, no king size beds in any rooms, front door is a single door, breakfast was out of coffee, milk and fresh fruit, could not find any ice makers, had to pay $10/night to park in the lot shared with a Marriot Courtyard (??). Spent most of our time using stairs for 3 flights as elevator was continuously busy. Marriot eliminated the Residence Inn free cocktails and weekday dinner get togethers after Covid-19. This was one of the reasons Residence Inns were popular. This major perk is gone and the room prices have increased. The TV in the lobby was not working. Again, as Gold Elite members, the benefits we earned were denied to us. Bottled water - nope. Room upgrades - nope. This stay likely pushed us to go with a competitor's membership club. Marriot Bonvoy seems to have cheapened. Sad.

They charged for parking without telling us first and taxes very high!!
