No ofrecen botellas de agua cerradas, utilizan botellas de vidrio reciclables que se rellenan en los dispensadores del pasillo, sin embargo, en mi habitación dejaron una botella de vidrio aún con agua del huésped anterior y se tardaron mucho tiempo en llevarme una botella limpia.

La cercania con Expo Guadalajara

Son muy pequeñas las habitaciones y el hotel es muy obscuro, el desayuno para el costo que cobran le hace falta variedad.

"Instalacion viejas y descuidadas."

Ubicación es lo único bueno que tiene el hotel Ibis y la atención de las personas en el mostrador también es buena.

Instalaciones viejas, me quedé atrapado en el elevador, los baños estaban sucios así como la cama de mi habitación. No recomiendo para nada hospedarse en este hotel.

La ubicación es lo único bueno que tiene.

La atención de todo el personal, no me realizaron limpieza en la habitación solo una vez, tuve un problema y nunca contestaron. Pésimo servicio pero pésimo.
