El servicio fue muy bueno, nos explicaron todo muy claro y nos prestaron ayuda cada vez que lo solicitamos, la limpieza también, la seguridad ya que dejamos nuestras pertenencias y al regresar todo estaba intacto incluso nos ayudaron resguardando nuestro equipaje. Sin duda volveremos

No tengo ninguna queja solo tal vez una sugerencia, la plancha es de uso común pero no todos los huéspedes la dejan como la encontraron quizás ver de qué manera tienen más control sobre el uso de la plancha.

En el restaurante fue donde mejor atención abtuvimos. Pero deberían variar mas las opciones en el desayuno.

Las recepcionistas, que son la cara del hotel no son muy atentas. Deben darles cursos de relación con sus clientes.

La cama, parecía que no la hubieran aseado cuando me entregaron la habitación, indique en recepción y me comentaron que todas las habitaciones son iguales. Las camas nada que ver con las publicadas en la página.
