Downtown Inn

Property manager great and friendly. There is pride taken in this old inn. Bed and pillows are comfortable, relatively clean. Bathroom faucet knob fell off wasnt really attached. Towels were horrible, probably years old and never good to start with. Some heavily fated worn down phone, microwave etc. Overall for the price id say it mostly matches what you get and offers an ok value. Would reco if just need a quick nights rest.

Checin was amazing. We arrived about 30 minutes early but we're allowed to check in. Very friendly staff and provided local info for us. Very friendly and professional. Room very clean and comfy

We stay here all the time during ski season. Always a super friendly place to stay. Comfortable beds and nice comfy rooms

The guy at the front desk was cool as shit and helpful! Very quick check in.

Location; rooms for large families.

The floors were filthy. FILTHY. Our socks were black within five minutes of taking our shoes off. A “clean” pillowcase on one bed had significant dirt on it. I can only assume that, at some point of the room “cleaning”, the pillow fell on the floor. Rather than inspect the pillowcase for dirt and change it, the pillow was put back on the bed.

The customer service was excellent!

We received an upgraded room, gratis, from the congenial desk clerk. My spouse has a compromised back so scaling up and down 2nd level stairs won't be missed. The room is spacIous. Hand soap was absent; we were too tired to retrieve some, and we had some with us

Price was cheap

The towels, the cleanliness, location among other things.

The place was ok. Not as clean as the picture they showed online. Sheets were clean.
