"A great place to begin exploring Madrid!"

The property is absolutely charming, well appointed and centrally located. Everything is designed to be inviting and to give the feeling of truly being at a boutique hotel. The staff were spectacularly considerate and helpful.

We only had one glitch which was that the air conditioning in our room did not work. However, once we explained this the team did everything to move us as promptly as availability would allow into a new room.
