Everything was amazing about this hotel, location, room, staffโ€ฆ

You could hear people outside the hotel even though we were on the 5th floor.

Tea and coffee facilities missing from the room which is basic nowadays Declined when I asked for extra duvet as only one per room? Also very random as didnโ€™t want air con on
