The resort was very clean and close to the airport

The bed was not good. They had a foam mattress pad on top of the mattress and it caused bit of us to be hot and uncomfortable.

We normally stay here when we are returning from Lake Powell. When we stayed this time we were informed you were now charging parking fees. The lady was very pleasant and didn't charge us, but now that we know this we may choose another hotel in the future. We do love this hotel.

Charging $10 to park in an obscenely large desert lot is unnecessary. It a money grab. A lot of time was spent on landscaping and it has not had a good steward to take care of it. :/

The hotel is old, carpets are very dirty… the staff was nice, but I was glad we only had to spend one night there.

When fire alarms went off at 1:30 AM, staff were nowhere to be found. We had no idea what was happening and the company did little to nothing for compensation. We had to pry to get some sort of comp.

My family and I were woken up to a fire alarm at 1am that lasted until aprox 3am. AWFUL. There was no reason or explanation given by staff. We were just passing thru and needed rest for the next day.

Had to request housekeeping. $10 per day parking. Didn’t inform us there was a charge until we checked out. When checking in they just asked if we had a vehicle. Forgot to mention a cost.
