Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Atlanta Airport

did not stay and I requested a full refund, which were agreed to and suggested that I follow-up with Expedia to process the refund. This was due to Ramada Plaza being in deplorable conditions....the smell of meldew as you enter the building. The rooms were unclean, unsanitary, unkept, dinghy. The whole building was Just disgusting!!!!! It's Inadequate and not fit to be marketed as a business that provides travel accommodations. Ramada Inn looks like a homeless shelter!

Very rundown. Room was just "ok". No air conditioning working in the lobby, so you walked into a sweatbox with big industrial fans blowing. Very strange. On my floor the "Vending/ice" area was bolted closed. I found 1 vending machine off the lobby. I paid $5 EACH for a bottle of juice and a water. The worst thing was when I left, the shuttle I was planning on taking was "not running" that day. A piece of paper was taped to the check-in counter to inform us of this. According to the woman behind the desk, there was no driver. I'm damn lucky i left myself PLENTY of extra time. I had to order an Uber and pay for it myself. The shuttle was supposed to be an included amenity at no charge. I had arrived on Sunday 6/22/25. I was about a hour early for the 3pm check-in time. They charged me $35 to check in "early" even though they had a room ready. I think i should get a refund of that $35 to compensate for having to pay for an Uber when it was supposed to be a provided amenity and it could've made me miss my flight!

First time staying here and it was unpleasant. There’s a weird smell in the hallway. The room had a weird yellow spot in the bathroom. They only gave us 2 small bar of soap to use for body and hair. Glad we were only staying there for 1 night. The staff was nice though, the hotel not so much.

be ready for a supposedly $100 security deposit and no one around to return it back at 11am checkout. Complete mislead from website photos and amenities! This hotel really needs to be closed and refurbished. It had a moldy smell upon entering the facility. A huge blowing fan on the first floor next to the elevators. 4th floor looks like they had a flood with peeling wallpaper in the hallway. Front desk gentleman needs hospitality training. My room had dirty dusty curtains. and a dirty bed spread I tossed. Front desk staff needs hospitality training. They team needs to be motivated and some training in customer service. Restaurant never opened, pool closed and very dirty. Did not have a breakfast as stated on the web site. id you have allergies this is not the place to go!

None of the amenities were working. Noisy outside my door all night and day. Hotel wasn’t as clean as it used to be.

Worn around the edges but a large comfortable room at a good rate. The lobby should have baggage carts.

The booking description what entirely wrong, the AC was messed up. The pool was closed and had been for a long time it appeared. There was no towels in our room. The TV did not work this was an absolutely terrible stay

Nice for the price..

It's a hotel worth the price. Perfect for staying in Atlanta if you're looking to save money without being picky. If you're expecting a newer, nicer hotel, be prepared to pay $120-140 or more per night. If you're someone who criticizes anything minor, this hotel isn't for you. If you're someone who accepts getting what they pay for, this hotel will be a great fit for you. Enjoy your trip.
