Enter into filt hy lobby floor... Pass heavily soiled sitting chairs by 2 elevator doors one of which is broken. Asked for linens change.... Told id need to stay 3 days befoe they change. However I can change my own linens. I refrigerator was broken also

I ended up staying here unexpectedly due to a flight delay out of Atlanta and unfortunately had limited options. While I didn’t expect luxury, the photos online were very misleading. The hotel is in serious need of a revamp—everything felt worn down and neglected. The most concerning part was the overwhelming, unpleasant smell throughout the property, which made the stay really uncomfortable. I understand things happen, but this place did not meet even basic expectations. Would not choose to stay here again.

The website said there would be an early shuttle for him. My early flight, but it was not available, and I had to use an Uber. The general appearance is more run down than it was 4 years ago. When I was there at which time it was just fine.
