Please note, guests must present the Booking.com confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guest first and last name. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. Please note, we charge for parking BRL 38.00 per day. Cleaning Fee: We are committed to providing our guests booked in nonsmoking apartments with an odor-free environment. A fee equivalent to one night's room rate will be charged if a cigarette smell is detected during the cleaning of the apartment. This amount will be used to perform intensive cleaning after check-out, which will result in the apartment being blocked for at least one day. Thank you for your understanding. Full Board includes nonalcoholic beverages such as water, soft drinks and natural juices only during meals. Please note that more than 10 rooms are considered as group reservation, and group reservations are subject to advance payment or cancellation by the hotel. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Overpriced for what you get."

Quality of food very good and pretty diverse.

Overpriced for what you get. Travelled the world from 5 star super deluxe hotels down to the most basic stays and never had to purchase mineral water for my room. This hotel doesn't provide mineral water during your stay you'll have to purchase each and every bottle.

Pontos positivos: perto de SP, alimentação excelente e atendimento bom. Pontos negativos: a piscina é climatizada que na verdade é gelada. Não consegui entrar na piscina. Deveria ter uma piscina em ambiente fechado para poder aproveitar o ano todo. O estacionamento é pago a parte por dia de estadia. Deveria estar incluído na diária. Achei caro para o carro ficar no céu aberto. Ideal para crianças menores.

"Hospedagem lamentavel "

Bom em primero lugar nos colocaram em um quarto que ja tinha uma pessoa no quarto foi um contragimento para nos e para a pessoa que estava no quarto...passou uma falta de seguranca completa visto que estavamos em familia. O Hotel nao deu nenhuma atencao ao caso...acho super normal o ocorrido so se atentaram ao que tinha acontecido depois de ter mais um problema na TV do quarto que nao funcionou e ficou 2 pessoas da manutencao 40 min sem resolver e impedindo de que a gente fizezse oq é o proposito descansar. Um descaso total...eu cinceramente nao tenho a menor vontade de voltar ao um hotel que oferece como servico esse tipo de tratamento.
