"Good hotel in a great location"

Great location in town and easy to get to. Good parking options nearby. A really well equipped gym available for use. Excellent buffet breakfast.

"Nice facility but incompetent staff"

Breakfast was very good!

The staff at the bar didn’t speak English and we ordered 1 Sangria. They’ve asked us to pay for 2liters, as this was the only Sangria they have. Nobody tells you, nobody explains anything, no one even apologized, just chasing you with a receipt to pay. You can’t put it on the room even and pay at check out! The reception staff saw that there was an issue but didn’t bother even to check what is going on. The hotel is nice but the service and the staff is ruining the whole experience. We stayed in less starts hotels but the staff was outstanding and at the end of the day, this is what makes a difference. We wouldn’t recommend and stay there again!
