Great facilities, excellent staff and service, first class meals.

The whole complex and our room was kept spotless and smelt very clean. Although we had a classic room it was very large by hotel standards. Plenty of sunbeds, both by the pool and overlooking the sea, and beach towels were provided. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice and cooking stations where chefs prepared eggs to your liking and pancakes. Bar service was good but the nightly entertainment was a bit old fashioned. It would have been nice to have waiter service at the sunbeds by the pool but both the pool bar and the snack bar were good. Location is right next to the sea, about a 20 minute walk to along the coast to the port. There are some pubs and restaurants nearby on the road to the port. Recommended and would stay again.

We used to come back to this hotel again and again, but - probably never again. Compared to what it was earlier, this time it was big disappointment. Starting with breakfast - unorganized chaos of seemingly new staff, who were moving a lot, but achieving nothing. Those service girls occasionally were shouting and yelling among themselves in presence of guests. Must to mention - occasionally managers, seemingly big bosses were coming in for observation, but they were bringing more chaos than solution. During their presence sime kinda supervisors were joining in to help those poor untrained girls and that part of show was ending immediately as those bosses were gone. During our stay 15 days, we observed very unstable replenishing of consumed food: lets say coming to breakfast at 9:00 you may see all cheeses gone, no bread and no butter available. "Greek" style buffet was a joke - if you would open hot dishes (sausages or scrambled eggs) pots you would see discussing uneatable look food-like stuff. Heated inside pool was just slightly warmer than outside. We informed personnel several times and ..nothing improved. Same chain hotels Pioneer and Athena had really nice warm inside heated pools. Long story short - huge disappointment compared to what this hotel was earlier.

The service eas great

Very quiet and laid back place. Lots of retired couples - and no entertainment or busy bars. Great pool, and loads of loungers. Right on the sea front but it's not really a beach, just some rocks to launch yourself into the water from. Food was average quality for a buffet - with the usual mix of hot and cold options at breakfast and dinner - plus a few more local items. If you aren't on the all inclusive plan, the drinks aren't overpriced which is good. The room was spacious and had usb ports, loads of hangers, and robes. The decor especially in the bathroom was quite dated. The balcony was great, and had a brilliant view of the sunset. Overall it's a good location - about 20 mins walk to the harbour (or 5 mins on the bus from in front of the hotel), and a handful of restaurants and basic shops nearby. Staff didn't go out of their way to offer information about the area or activities, but were happy to help if asked. Would recommend for a quiet break, but there are more lively places to stay along the same stretch.

Amazing. Beautiful place to stay, relax and enjoy.

A very enjoyable week here, the room (junior suite with sea view) was fantastic, and all the staff were very attentive and really friendly. My only slight criticism would be that the beach area could do with some landscaping. That said, all three pools were wonderful.

All good. I really find nothing to fault them. We arrived during COVID lockdown and they did everything possible to mitigate the restrictions imposed by this. The room and all services were excellent. COVID testing for our return flight was done on site at a very reasonable €55. Restaurants opened up in town as lockdown was lifted. This was a 30 minute walk or €10 cab ride away. Very happy to recommend and contemplating a return trip later this year.
