Affordable, comfortable bed and heater worked.

Hot shower did not work, very disappointing. You can also hear what everyone else is doing in the other rooms pretty clearly.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Great location in Lake Tahoe.

We had two rooms for a family visit. A/C cord was locked into the a/c system so it could not be turned on in either of our two rooms. We had to open the window and the curtain to cool off which of course left us feeling exposed sitting on our bed as people walked by. The bed sheets were pilling/bumpy and popped off the corners several times during the night in both rooms. There was not much counter space. While the staff was excellent and friendly, the room was definitely not what we were expecting for the rating.

Except location nothing is good

They refused to do house keeping even for 2 night stay, even did not provide fresh towel or bed sheet. When asked to do housekeeping they said we don’t have people. Even heater was not working . And above that for no reason they have debited USD 15. Which I request you to refund me.

Opção com ótimo custo-benefício. O quarto triplo possuía três camas casal, bem espaçoso. Bom chuveiro.

Location for the heavenly shuttle can’t be beat! Easy parking, so so convenient for a ski trip. Super easy check in and out process. Bed sheets and blankets seemed a little old but clean so no complaints

Only minor issues. The heaters blow HOT. Great if you run cold in the winter, but we were continuously having to open the door to let cold air in even on a low setting. Showers and towels were a bit old and thin

Rooms are clean. Staffs are nice and friendly. Good location.
