Sunset Mountain Inn and Spa

Next door people were loud and partying until 4:25am

You get what you pay for here. The room was almost exactly as pictured, and there was heated underground parking. A few negatives that we had were the room was not cleaned very well, when we checked in, our 3yr old found a napkin under the bed within 10 mins of being there. There were no towels available at the pool despite the front desk saying there would be, and because it is in a different building, I had to run across the parking lot soaking wet in the middle of winter to get towels from our room for the rest of my family. They also had a leak happen just down the hall from us the morning before we checked in and they had loud fans running 24/7. None of the games in the game room worked. The beds and bathroom were clean so that is one of the positives.

Overall, it is a nice hotel. Staff at the front desk was nice and helpful. However, it would be nice if it was mentioned that you need to go outside to get to the swimming pool. Sunset Mountain Inn and Spa is not connected to the building where swimming pool is located. Also, it would be nice if they provided bathrobes so you can comfortably cross the street to get to the swimming pool.

The property was great but nothing spectacular. We have no complaints and the staff was friendly and helpful

Friendly staff, room was spacious and clean, Beds were comfortable, kitchen was great and fully stocked

Jacky at front desk was really welcoming and realy nice!
