Outing landscaping is in terrible condition, parking lot isin crumbles , trees ne3d pruned to stay off building structure plus one tree has a at least a 15 foot long, if strong winds come good chance it will fall on a guest auto, broken sprinkler is dumping 20 gallons at least down driveway I worked for Hilton, Marriott for 4 years then 18 years hightise b Office buildings, as building operations Manger, keeping up with facilty repairs an maintenance is hard budget restraints. Once insurance is uses rate goes up never comes down Getting off soap box, the hot water temp should be tested it is way to.hot,, couldn't get a balance of temp in shower either burning you or freezing you. The front door closer needs adjustment you have to lean your body into door to open, slams shut.

Clean room, friendly staff

The building just looks dirty and stained. The chairs in the room are also stained. The bedding sheets are dingy. Weird smells. The desk had some debris on it and was clearly not wiped off.

Room very dirty and poor customer service.

I loved our stay here, it was very convenient for our weekend plans in Dallas. The hotel was only 15 minutes away from our destination and it even had a hot tub and pool to enjoy :) I will definitely book again !

not for family. lobby smells like a dispo after 8pm and very sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot being noisy
