NOT A THING !!! JUST THE SPA & FEMALE HOST I LIKE

I didn't like it was clean ,it was infested with homeless around the property ..there's no handles in the bath tub.. pillows hard... The kitchen guy was really nice .. the fitness stayed out of order.. BUT LESSON LEARN

The staff was nice

Strange people hanging around property and was greeted by a big roach as soon as I walked in my room, funny smell throughout the hotel

The bed was comfortable and my room was nice and cold

I was told i could check in as soon as i arrived but when i arrived, i wasn’t able to check into a room until after 11am and i had arrived around 8am and in order for me to check in, I would have to pay a fee. After waiting, i still wasn’t able to check into my room due to them trying to charge my card again for my stay after i had already paid through booking so I ended up paying yet again and I’m still waiting for my over charge to be corrected and my money to return to my card. The breakfast just wasn’t good at all.

They make it seem like a decent property but it seems to craw with questionable people and some that are plane out homeless just chilling in either the parking lot or the lobby

Comfortable beds, but woke up to a ROACH in bed with me. I caught it in a cup before leaving. When checking out I asked to speak to a manager. I was told to go down to laundry to speak to him. I said no he can come up here. Service awful. Stated he would be up in 5 mins, I set there for 15 mins waiting. Surprise the manager never showed up. I told guy at counter I didn’t have time to wait any longer and he could keep their roach. This place is disgusting. They tried to update but it is half ass and makes it look even worse. Looked more like people live in this place rather than stay a couple of nights. Why would I want to eat the “free breakfast” if I woke up to a roach in bed. No thank you. This place should be shut down by the health department. I don’t know how else to describe this place other than gross and disgusting. Save your self the trauma, do not stay here! Where there is one roach there are several more. I got hell out of there fast!

Nothing

The rooms weren't that clean , the swimming pool and Jacuzzi were out of service even though I called and verified that the pool was good to use .I was told it was , when asked to use the pool they said it was out of service.

Exterior clean, interior (Lobby and B'fast Rm) immaculate, had a fresh scent, not bleachy. Breakfast was excellent, many choices. The room was clean, bright and comfy. The only real downside was the lousy selection of what to watch on TV and the questionable person loitering around at night. 8 of 10 on feeling safe. 9.5 on everything else. Oh, the pool was closed but it mostly rained so I'll give it a pass this time. OH! The bathroom mirror was awesome! I'm already looking for some for when I buy a house in few months.
