I like how everything I needed was access through my phone. Never had to go to the front desk

Great enjoyed

Breakfast was wonderful after a great night sleep. Coffee was very good. I would have liked the staff to be more familiar with the restaurants in the area.

Honestly, nothing.

When we got there, the lady in charge who was very nice, gave us a room right besides the elevator, we went inside, first thing we noticed was the smell, then we checked the room, both shade and curtain were broken and non functional. So we went back, this time she gave us another room, which the phone was cut off, the AC was incredibly noisy and not in good condition. So, I asked can we change to another room, she said "these are are only rooms for handicapped, we don't have another room." Honestly, I didn't understand what she meant by saying that, the rooms were regular rooms with 2 queen beds. Anyway I rate this hotel maybe 2 out of 10, and never go back there. I don't understand why in your rating this hotel was rated so high!!

Parking is a little cramped but the hotel is close to the interstate and dinning options.

When we arrived the gentleman at front desk was as very friendly the rooms was so clean. Beds were a little hard to my taste but over all GREAT STAY
