Accueil correct. Climatisation en panne, remplacée par un ventilateur!! Petit déjeuner sur plateau à aller chercher à la réception et pris en chambre, raison invoquée : pas beaucoup de client le week-end donc compliqué de faire un buffet pour peu de personne. Fromage périmé de 6 jours sur le petit déjeuner...

"Hotel OUI les services proposés NON"

Chambre et équipement proposé très correct sauf que 2 Serviettes nettoyées mais sale... Par contre mécontent du service proposé pour le repas (Beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est proposé) Ok pour le COVID mais ce virus a bon dos car une salade verte avec haricot vert lardon et 3 mini toast chèvre chaud a 16euro, une tarte tatin a 8euro, et une boisson eau plate a 3.90 faut pas exagérer. Un petit déjeuné demandé a 7h30 et...je l'attends toujours. Autant l'hotel je ne dirais rien de negatif même s'il faudrait vérifier les serviettes avant de les poser dans les chambres, autant les services proposé c'est vraiment exagéré

Moqueta... Pelos en la ducha, el aire acondicionado hace un año que ni funciona... Te lo dicen con una naturalidad nunca vista, sin ningun tipo de verguenza. Llevo 20 años viajando y es la primera vez en mi vida que he levantado la voz en un hotel. Es una verguenza. De lo unico que me ha dado tiempo a quejarme es del aire acondicionado.

"Good Location, but no restaurant at weekends"

We were visiting Oignies and chose this hotel primarily for its location, but overall were pleased with the accomodation. The meal in the restaurant on Thursday night was excellent, but they don't do evenining meals Friday-Sunday which was a bit of a problem as there are few local restaurants, although the staff were very helpful giving suggestions they could only come up with three! Breakfast was good but a bit expensive at 12 Euros - there is an excellent bakery next door though if you want to do-it-yourself.
