Un séjour à la hauteur des attentes, voire au-delà. Le personnel se distingue par son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité. L’accueil est soigné et chaleureux, mettant à l’aise dès l’arrivée. Le service est efficace et de grande qualité. Rien à redire, tout était parfaitement maîtrisé. Meilleur emplacement.

La posizione, la colazione abbastanza buona, wifi molto buono, e lo staff gentilissimo e sorridente , sempre pronto a soddisfare le richieste. molto attenta la sicurezza dell’albergo. Cambio asciugamani e pulizia quotidiana. Dolcetti succo e acqua di benvenuto!

Secondo i nostri standard sarebbe un buon 3 stelle. Arrivando prima del check in mi è stato detto che se avessi voluto la camera in anticipo avrei dovuto pagare. Poi mi è stata concessa senza pagamento. Avendo prenotato una executive suite penso che questa domanda non doveva essere fatta. Nella camera poi non sono mai stati riforniti caffè e the, non va bene per un 5 stelle. Un accappatoio solo (x due persone), frigo vuoto. Questi servizi devono esserci in un 5 stelle! Piccole cose ma un minimo di attenzione in più non guasta! Nel complesso un buon albergo, ci ritornerei sicuramente!

"Nice stay in the heart of Tunisi"

Very central location. Nice breakfast, even if I would suggest to prolong it til 10.30

Room was wide but old style and not with a proper shower but a tub. Pillows to high and hard. Sometimes details could make the difference
