The rooms were a fair size, the linen and towels were of good quality. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The bathroom is new, well laid out and spotless. The breakfast was adequate and fresh.

The fridge was very noisy

Bardzo kameralny hotel w samym sercu dzielnicy Kazimierz. Czystość na wysokim poziomie, uprzejmy personel, pokój dość dobrze wyposażony.

Pokój z widokiem na nieciekawe podwórze, bardzo mały, słaba izolacja akustyczna (słychać wszystko z korytarza). Śniadanie smaczne lecz skromne. Parkowanie problematyczne. Hotel raczej nie dla niepełnosprawnych. Cena raczej nieadekwatna do standardu.

Sehr gute Lage und komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Zimmerreinigung sowie Handtuchwechsel fand täglich statt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Bewachter Parkplatz ist in der Nähe. Hotel kann Ich weiter empfehlen.

Beste beliggenheten i det jødiske kvarter- Gamlebyen. God frokost. Rent & pent overalt.

*Skuffet over at vi nesten ikke kjente oss igjen, etter siste visitt for 9 år siden. *Store endringer rent planmessig i 1 etg/ resepsjonsområdet. Stort område avstengt. * Uteservering nedlagte, nå bilparkering. *Restaurant nedlagt og intet å få kjøpt. *Melk til kaffen på rommet, måtte kjøpes via minibar. *Minibaren ble ikke fyllt opp. *Vi ble ikke opplyst om nedstengt Restaurant eller manglende balkong som var booket, før et par dager i forkant av oppholdet. * Ble lovet et værelse med god plassering og utsikt som kompensasjon, dette ble ikke innfridd. Utsikt inn i en sidegate og ditto gårdsvegg midt i mot. *Bestilte 3 mnd i forkant! Fortjener dessverre ikke sin 4 **** stjerner!!!
