Good staff. The location was clean.

The breakfast was not good. The light in the bathroom was not working properly

Breakfast was good, location easy to get to. AC worked good. Staff very friendly.

Did not like paying to park, even though it was 25.00 to park 2 nights, I feel if I am staying in the property , parking on premise should be part of the nightly stay. Bathroom sink was slow to drain, tub shower would not come up all the way, so more water in tub due to most coming out of faucet, not shower head. Hotel needs a facelift

I specifically booked and paid for a wheelchair-accessible room for my father, who is wheelchair-bound. The photos online clearly showed an accessible bathroom with a roll-in shower and proper accommodations. However, when we arrived, the room had a bathtub that was not wheelchair accessible, making it extremely difficult and unsafe for my father to use. I brought this up to the receptionist, and instead of offering a real solution, I was simply told that the room shown in the photos “wasn’t available.” That is unacceptable. Accessibility is not a luxury upgrade — it’s a necessity. Advertising accessible features and then failing to provide them puts disabled guests and their families in a terrible position after traveling and arriving exhausted. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of a serious accessibility issue. I would strongly caution anyone needing true ADA-compliant accommodations before booking here.
