Pets friendly. Pricing is reasonable compared to others. Coffee day/night. When something is asked or needed...the staff does respond asap.

"I was not happy"

Location was good

The breakfast was not great. On the web site a free shuttle to airport was listed but upon arrivale I was told it did not operate on Sunday. This is main reason I picked this hotel. Checked website no mention of no shuttle on Sunday! Had to pay for a Uber. Will not stay here again.

"Not a luxury hotel but still very good."

Clean and quiet & staff is fantastic!

The bed is not the most comfortable or the pillows, but not terrible. Some of the furniture is quite dated. There is actually nothing bad about staying here and the price is very reasonable..

"Worst night at a hotel and completely absurd that I was charged over $180 for this complete dump."

Nothing! The hotel was a complete dump and blatantly lied in the booking and at the hotel desk. This is illegal and should be addressed by Booking.com and the BBB.

The hotel lied on as I paid for two queen beds but we received two full beds. They were clearly old full beds in terrible condition and not queen beds. This is false and misleading advertising and illegal. The staff did not attempt to address the situation and continued to mislead me about the bed size. The room was horrible with wall paper peeling in all corners, carpet stains, rips and burns and corridors and elevators with sticky, messy floors that had not been cleaned in weeks. There were mattresses in every corner, building materials in hallways and the hotel was a complete mess. I paid $180 for a complete dump that lied to me in the booking and at the hotel desk. As stated, this is illegal and needs to be addressed.
