Staff is always tops!! Courteous & helpful! 5 stars!

The toilet was running and very loud. I actually had to shut the bathroom door. Wasn't thrilled about the room location that I received, (main floor near elevator) but it was last minute unfortunately. The rates were super high as well. Considering was still a pretty good experience.

"I would not return to this property."

Staff was nuce

I booked this property because it stated it had a shuttle to/from the airport. When I called at 4 pm on Sunday, 6/7 they indicated the shuttle stopped operating at 3:30. There was no shuttle the Monday morning because the driver was’off’.

They are in the process of remodeling and there are discarded mattresses everywhere even in the lobby where you check in. It makes the place look like a homeless shelter. The elevator to the 4th floor where our room was, took forever as well as only being about half remolded on the inside and the included free breakfast was ok but nothing special. For the money we paid for one night I expected a lot more from this motel chain and I most likely will never stay in one again.

Location

Old, need of repair, and place had long time residents, not sure why? Breakfast was bad compared to other hotels.
