Not enough charging points next to bed. No coffee in our room. Was told it’s only for the suites. Very comfortable and friendly otherwise

Hotel is situated in the modern part of Lisbon. Very walkable with restaurants and stores nearby. The Aquariam is only a stones throw away. Parking is also easy as they have an underground parking garage.

the wood in the room was very WORN which made the hotel seem old. the floor was dirty as the soles of my feet were picking up dirt. The lobby was elegant and reception very helpful

Great location next to Metro - excellent breakfast - worth $ 15 euros

There were NO single bed rooms available. The front desk was not particularly helpful in finding a room with one bed. The amenity of "laundry facilities" is incorrect as there is only outside laundry services. The bed had a plastic protector thus uncomfortable. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff and services were excellent! From the time we checked in to check out everything went well. Front desk was very helpful, the housekeeper was incredibly kind, always greeting us with a warm smile and ensuring our space was spotless with genuine care, bartenders, and breakfast service staff, you bring warmth and comfort to every moment! Very special elevators. You press the number of floor outside of the elevators not inside.

It is my second time staying at Olissippo in 15 years and their service and facilities are still high standard. Ms Sandra in particular was quite friendly and professional.
