Good location, nice sized rooms (one twin & a double), clean hotel & pleasant staff. Cloud 23 was a lovely addition to our stay for an Afternoon Tea. Podium bar comfortable & breakfast was plentiful & good quality.

Could do with a bit of TLC in the bathroom - bathroom door tricky to shut, peeling paint on ceiling above bath/shower & tap to sink quite stiff to work. Not enough seating around Reception for such a large area.
