Please note that the property allows 1 small pet per apartment weighing up to 10 kg, at an extra charge of 72.10 brazilian reais plus 3 percent ISS per night. The pet cannot be alone in the apartment or circulate in the restaurant and must always be on the guest's lap. Please note, guests must present the confirmation voucher upon check-in. Reservations must contain the guest's first and last name. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence. Notice of Improvements: The hotel is undergoing gradual renovations to better serve you. Luxury Rooms: August 11, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Gym and Events: February 2, 2026 to March 15, 2026. The works are being carried out in stages to ensure comfort and continuity of services.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
