"It was miserable due to the fact the elevators were broken. my pregnant wife was made walk 5 flights"

It looked nice and clean.

The elevators broke down. And my pregnant wife had to walk up 5 flights of stairs. The would comp us or move our rooms. Comping breakfast was not enough, we never ate there because we knew they charged for food.

Location

Elevators were broken the entire time we were there and had to use the stairs, we were on the 5th floor so it was brutal.
