Delta Hotels by Marriott Midwest City at the Reed Conference Center

There was no hot water for showers at all. And yes I did say we had to take cold showers. I complained with the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it.

An employee of Midwest City told me that the city has owned this conference center and hotel since a tornado destroyed the area years ago. Marriott has taken over management of the hotel recently and refurbished the rooms. I do not know if all the rooms are finished, but ours was. It was a very spacious room that had two beds, one OS chair and could have held more furniture without crowding. The bathroom was also spacious and in excellent repair. Our daughter went swimming in the indoor pool. Towels were provided. Breakfast was in the restaurant on the ground floor. It was not free, but the service was excellent. There was plenty of free parking. It did not appear as if the conference center was being used on the weekend that we stayed there. We stayed only one night, and it was a good one.

Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Quiet room with quality furnishings.
