Fantastic staff, beautiful views and comfortable rooms

I cannot say enough about the four days I spent at this resort! From check in to check out I was so thoroughly impressed with the staff and services. Be sure to check out the pools at both properties, the pier, the decks and the hidden gems around. A walk on the beach and the pier is a must! Private and quiet area with a quick Uber to town - I can't wait to go back

I recently stayed at this beautiful oceanfront property for a work conference, and it exceeded all expectations. While the event kept us busy, the stunning coastal views and pristine grounds offered the perfect backdrop to unwind.The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the incredible service. Every single staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. A few special shoutouts deserve mention: Melissa D. (Food & Beverage): She was absolutely phenomenal. Melissa went above and beyond to ensure our dining experiences were seamless, attentive, and highly enjoyable. Even ensuring my (vegan) coworker has someting at each meal. Brad (Bartender): Brad kept the energy high and the drinks perfect. He was engaging, fast, and made each event that much better after a long day of meetings.He remembered me every night of our 3 night conference and I even heard other colleagues mentioning how great he was! Whether you are visiting for business or leisure, this property delivers top-tier service in a breathtaking location. I will highly recommend and cannot wait to return! THANK YOU

I was there for work and haven't been in about 15 years. You immediately here of Myrtle beach and for many you think of the negative. Right when I arrived, I knew my mind was going to be changed. You walked into the lobby where it was bright and vibrant, smelled of cleanliness and a great scent (which I want to buy) and were greeted by doorman and employees every corner you turned. I arrived early and after a long day of travel, I didnt have high hopes of getting into my room at 11am, but low and behold, DENISE N at the front desk, her tanned fast and awesome east coast accent, was able to get me into my room. She thanked me for my Hilton status, asked me if I needed anything knowing I was up so early that day and showed me the maps and the basics for my stay. I told her I'd be back to talk to her once I was more awake. I went to my room, oceanfront, balcony. Room was clean, for the most part up to date. Only "issue" was that the fridge had a defrosting little freezer so there was a little moisture from that, but that was nothing I couldnt but a towel under for a little to deal with. Went to the lobby restaurant for lunch and had the most incredible Ahi Tuna bowl and beer and both were great. Bartender (wish I knew here name but she comes back seasonally), was great company. Laid out at the adult only pool on Sunday where they had a DJ. Wasnt a crazy "pool party" scene which was perfect for me, but just enough where there was good music, good drinks at the pool bar and people around having some fun in the sun. Went to the pier bar also during my time where the drinks were great and again the bartenders had great personalities. Shannon the night time bartender in the lobby also.... OMG, he was moving and grooving and just killing it! You can tell that this property has put a lot of time and energy into there employees, groundskeeping and overall care for their guest. I ended my last 24 hours by going back to the front desk to ask Denise N for some band aids (now that im saying this, she'll know exactly who I am. HEY GIRL HEY!!!). She truly got me through my last 24 hours and then my following 8 hour day of travel. Her bright smile and personality really makes a difference when someone may be down. I'd come back to this property in a heartbeat. Great job to all.
