AQUA Hotel Silhouette & Spa - Adults Only

Just returned from an amazing stay at Aqua Hotel Silhouette. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I stayed in a pool‑view room on the 4th floor — spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The spa facilities were excellent, and I made good use of them throughout my stay. Breakfast was a daily highlight too; the buffet was always fresh, tasty, and offered plenty of choice. A special shout‑out to Maria (amazing... :) !), Alexandro, Miriam, Lucas, Karl and Erik — each of them helped make my stay memorable and consistently delivered service with a smile. Thank you!! I’m already looking forward to returning :)

Trés bien, trés fournis, personnel trés agréable, le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont trés fournis.

Incompréhension sur les horaires du Spa. Ils nous prennent rdv pour 19h nous font payer pour 2h et à 19h40 ils viennent nous dire que le spa ferme qu’il faut partir donc on a profité 40mn et la personne a été antipathique c’est un des seuls points négatifs

Un accueil toujours irréprochable, la piscine extérieure chauffée, les animations du soir , l emplacement et un buffet varié.

Mauvaise information sur les horaires du spa. On nous a fait venir a 19h et nous étions convenu de rester qu une heure , jusqu a 20h car tous les créneaux étaient pris . Nous étions d accord de payer le prix des 2h car comme nous a dit le monsieur c était un forfait . Mais une fois au Spa a 19h40 on nous a fait sortir car il fermait ,donc au final nous avons payé 12 euros les 40 minutes , nous n avons même pas eu 1h pour profiter , c est dommage ! On ne se fera plus prendre la prochaine fois .

An excellent stay out my partner. The staff were perfect all round. The hotel is recently refurbished and well maintained throughout. The facilities are very good, including the spa area. The buffet restaurant is very well priced and food is plentiful and very nice. I would recommend a massage, my partner had a duo session and it was second to none.
