Lovely for a quick overnight stay

Really friendly and helpful staff. Room a little tired but clean and tidy. Will be back if in the area.

We stayed at the same hotel on two different nights as it was half way to our destination. On the first night there was no bed made up for our daughter, wall light not working and no towels in the room. So much so the front desk agent even laughed at how badly the housekeeping had got our room. We made the agent at the time aware of our issues. We returned three days later to stay in the same room with again no towels and wall lights not working, the single bed for our daughter was made up on this occasion. When customers make you aware of the issues you would expect them to be resolved especially checking how many guests are staying in the room and making simple things like towels available and customers not having to chase for them. Its these little things, especially with children, that can make or break a stay

The rooms and the hotel generally was quite dated and tired. The lock on our door was broken. The reception staff were lovely and gave us great information about our onward journey that saved us lots of time.

Excellent stay in Sedgemoor as usual..it's our go-to stopover when visiting relatives in Weston Super Mare. Once again, the friendliest of staff, still helpful and still doing the job beautifully. Comfy beds and very clean rooms...What's not to love? See you next time, folks and thank you once again.

what a dreadful time we had, arrived late at 22.30, we were told we were already checked in!!, spent 20 minutes trying to convince reception we weren't, apparently he then found another booking with an identical name. We were charged £65.00...the other booking was at £55.00...odd... then we got stung with a parking charge..rip off no mention of this anywhere Key to room then didn't work, much huffing and blowing we were given another which did work... however a disabled room, we are fully mobile and dont need and didn't book this Bed was on wheels which continually moved, dirty pillows, one hand towel, one bath towel Bathroom door would not shut Reported the non working shower in the morning to reception " yes we know, there is a way of getting it to work, but I don't know what it is"... brilliant In summary, a disgusting place, watch out for the rip off parking charges, good luck with the showers

Issue with toilet flushing continuously gushing water and lost sleep with continuous noise. Shower lever was very awkward to operate.

starting on my homeward journey after my trip so arrived in plenty time to have a good rest before the longest part of he journey on the following day

All staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with all amenities including fan and a comfortable bed. The en-suite had all we needed for a one night stay. A hearty breakfast is served at the services area opposite. Good value for money.
