Days Inn by Wyndham St Peters/St Charles

First we tried calling them hours in advance to let them know we were running behind with arriving due to a concert. We called 28 times during a 2 hr time span and they did not answer the phone whatsoever. Then we arrive to the hotel around midnight and its super dark, and eery , front desk staff informed us that we can not walk heavy due to below neighbors. Found that odd. Facility is very old, stained carpets throughout, and horrible smell throughout. We entered the room, there is black mold in the bathroom shower/tub, rust on the on the shower knobs, stained carpet, and a smell that will make you gag. Smells like mildew and smoke heavily. We were in the room for 10 minutes and we decided to leave. The front desk refused to give us a refund. Its now the next day and i have been calling since 8am because i provided a different card for charges and they charged that but they also charge my friends reservation card # for initial hold and now one is answering once again, I have called the reservation line and they arent answering for them either. Its 11am now. $200 bucks down the drain. I have stayed in quiet a few hotels in my life and this by far was one of the worst!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE.

No elevator, only 2 floors. This was an issue carrying up bags and a cooler. We had a toddler and it was inconvenient. Nothing stated in the listing. Probably would have not stayed for that reason. Staff was polite, very good breakfast options. The room was a bit dirty. The bathroom had a broken tile on the floor. We all stubbed our toes on it. The bathtub was dirty and mold on the shower walls. The toilet wasnt cleaned.

Roaches, yelling angry unprofessional staff Threatening me because I wrote a message about roaches. Yelled at me that I couldn’t drink orange juice. Yelled at me that I couldn’t sit in the chair & drink my coffee. Just horrible. I am 65 years old. I have stayed at many hotels but None as gross as this.

Totally outdated repairs are not done. Just a nasty motel.

Outdated, horrible smell, and dirty. Weird brown spots on wall and dirty floors

Very friendly staff allowed us to check in a little bit early was above average for a day in hotel stay however as typical of older hotels, little maintenance things could be taken care of

very friendly staff. Convenient location. Quiet. We will stay there again.

The stay was welcoming and friendly. Cleanliness was superb. I enjoyed my stay, thank you.
