Pool area

The air conditioning in one of ours rooms was broken , for two days out of the four no air conditioning Mould and dirt around bottom of bathroom floor We asked for cocktails at the bar and was told no , as lunch buffet was open and no pool side drink services , you had to go into the bar to be served then take them out

Great location

They don’t have toasters In the rooms you have to ask for tea bags daily no milk in the room and only got serviced once in 7 days

No cleaning of rooms. False signage re restaurant hours

Good location close to the beach, nice big balcony with suitable sitting area and over spacious studio suite, perfect for longer stays. Suitable pool area that was relaxing and clean. There is a rooftop restaurant which isn’t open 7 days a week, good feature but not informed of it on checkin or made aware it’s only open part time.

Wifi in room was very intermittent, not one day was it persist or could use reliably (so much so the QR welcome code didn’t load on my phone once in 6 days) Only one room key available for 2 guests, when I asked for another I was told they were short on keys? Was told if we needed more toilet roll or towels during our stay to just ask, on both occasions we requested these items they were not available and I had to return later or in the morning ? Cleaning wasn’t included, yet there was no information provided on where to take bins out or cleaning products provided? It also wasn’t offered as an additional fee, I only found out you could pay for it cleaning through another review on here!

La taille de la chambre, la décoration, la douche et l’emplacement était pas mal

Le lit, deux matelas coller pour une chambre, il aurait était préférable 1 lit double.
